Troubleshooting Guide for Battery GPS Unit
- 1. Review the installation guide: Make sure you followed the installation guide correctly to ensure that your GPS unit is properly installed.
- 2. Link your device to your Locate2u account: Verify that your GPS unit is properly linked to your Locate2u account by watching the video tutorial on how to do this.
- 3. Check to see if the devices is registered with Locate2u
- 4. Check for a SIM Card: Confirm that your GPS unit has a SIM card installed and ensure that it is activated properly.
- 5. Drive for initial connection: Allow your GPS unit to establish an initial connection with the network by driving your vehicle for at least 30 minutes.
- 6. Check for clear line of sight: The battery unit requires clear line of sight to the satellites in the sky.
- 7. Check battery connections: Remove the batteries and reinstalled.
