Proof of Delivery is used to capture information from drivers, such as image, signature, and comments, once they have completed their stops, shipment pickups or shipment drop offs.
Steps to set up proof of delivery
- Move your mouse cursor to the left side of the screen for the menu to pop out.
- Scroll down until you see “Team“, click on Team to expand it.
- Scroll down and click on “Settings“.
- From there click on “Proof of Delivery Configuration“.
You will see a screen that looks like the one below:
- Set what is required for your proof of delivery.
- Finally, click the save icon in the top right.
Your proof of delivery will be displayed to the driver/s as soon as they click complete on a stop or shipment. The proof of delivery that the drivers captured can be found by heading to the completed stop and clicking on the stop reference number.
