Users need to register to allow delivering alcohol because drivers may be held liable for delivering alcohol to minors and this registration will help customers and yourself for added protection regarding this matter.
To register for allowing delivery of alcohol, follow these steps below:
- Navigate to this link and populate the fields with the details needed. There are 4 steps of this form that needs to be filled up.
- Once filled up, click on the Next button and proceed to Step 2 which is Business Information.
In this step, for the Middleware Provider field populate it with “CMS MAX” and click on the Next button.
- For this step fill up the fields regarding billing details
- In this last step, read all the information regarding the terms and conditions. Once done, click on the check box to agree and click on the Submit button to submit your registration.
5. Once submitted, you will receive an email containing the signed agreement. Please save a copy of this for future reference and this will be needed when requesting for production access if the deliveries that will be made will include alcohol.
