Capacity Settings need to be set up since this will determine the load capacity of the carriers connected in Carrier Marketplace.
To set up Capacity Settings, follow these steps below:
- Login to Locate2u using the account with Carrier Marketplace access in this link https://app.locate2u.com/
- After logging in, navigate to the Team > Settings and click on the Capacity Setting module. Please note that only a Team Owner and Team manager account can access this setting.
- In the Capacity Settings page, this will show the following columns:
- Type – The type of capacity
- Unit – The measurement of the chosen capacity
- Symbol – This is the symbol that corresponds to the unit
- Ex: Centimeters = cm
- Default Stop/Shipment Load – Default value for the chosen capacity for a stop or shipment
- Default Max Vehicle Capacity -Default value for the chosen capacity for a vehicle.
- Click on all the Capacity Setting and add a value in the Default Stop/Shipment Load as this will be used as well by other carriers.
5. Click on the Save button to save the settings.
