You can create custom questions for your drivers to complete at the time of proof of delivery, before starting a trip, at the end of a trip, and for failed deliveries.
Steps to set up custom questions
- Move your mouse cursor to the left side of the screen for the menu to pop out.
- Scroll down until you see “Team”, click on “Team” to expand it.
- Scroll down and click on “Settings”.
- From there click on “Questions”.
You will see a screen that looks like this:
- Next choose the group you want the questions to be asked in.
- Click the plus icon to create a new custom question.
- The “Add Question” window will pop up.
- Enter the name of your question and choose the type.
- If you would like your question to be required then tick the required checkbox.
- Lastly click “ADD”.
Questions group:
- Proof of delivery – The question will be asked at the same time as the proof of delivery, at the end of every stop, shipment pickup and shipment drop off.
- Failed delivery – The question will be asked when a driver changes the status to “Failed”.
- Trip start – The question will be asked as soon as a driver clicks “Enroute” for their first stop or shipment.
- Trip end – The question will be asked as soon as the driver clicks “Complete Trip” after their final stop.
